As of 15th July 2021, any NEW students joining
MyEnglishExpert.com will need to pay a one-time registration fee of RM 30 to
cover administration overheads in addition to the usual fees. Students who have
joined before July 15th DON’T NEED to pay the registration
fees.
Fees paid monthly normally cover 4 lessons in a
month. However, in 5-6 months in a year, there is an extra week and an extra
lesson has been taught free of charge all this while. This means each group
(for example S6G1) gets 5-6 free extra classes every year. And since there are
more than 10 groups at least, this works out to more than 50 – 60 free classes
every year. To be fair to the tutor, MyEnglishExpert.com will allow the
following effective immediately (as of July 15, 2021):
- Tutor is allowed leave without replacing classes up to 4 classes a year for each group (for example S6G1). Students/parents will be notified with sufficient notice via the appropriate Whatsapp groups in case leave needs to be taken.
- Tutor is allowed sick leave without replacing classes up to 3 consecutive classes a year for each group (for example S6G1).
- Total number of days
on leave by the tutor (sick leave or otherwise) without replacement
classes will not exceed 4 classes a year for each group (for example
S6G1). If more leave is needed, replacement classes will be provided.
In summary, nothing changes in terms of fee
payments monthly and each group still get at least 1 free class or more
depending on whether the leave is taken by the tutor.

1) Regarding registration:
· As of 15th July 2021,
any NEW students joining MyEnglishExpert.com will need to pay a one-time

usual fees. Students who have joined BEFORE July 15th DON’T
NEED to pay the registration fees.
2) Regarding proper attendance & completion of
assignments/homework:
· Attendance is
important & the parent/guardian must co-operate to ensure that the student
has the necessary tools (laptop/desktop or smartphone with proper Internet
access), environment & space to attend online classes.
· Students must join
the online classes punctually as requested and not be late. Latecomers may be
locked out of the virtual classroom & miss their class.
· Assignments or
homework given must be completed in a timely manner.
· Though the teacher is
there to guide the student in the virtual classroom, the parent/guardian also
has a role to ensure the students complete their assignments or homework on
time. This requires co-operation & communication between parent and
teacher.
3) Regarding Monthly Fees:
· For new students who
join mid-month, there will be a one-time advance fee and a pro-rated monthly
fee depending on when (after 1st week or 2nd week)
the student is joining.
· Parent/Guardian/Payor
is required to pay advance fees before the 20th of every month.
For example, April fees are paid by March 20th. All fees are not refundable if
student chooses to drop out of classes.

Receipts are issued only upon request.
4) Regarding holidays:
· MyEnglishExpert.com
will only observe Malaysian Public holidays. Classes will go on as usual on
State Public holidays. Monthly fees will also have to be paid in full as usual
although classes are not held during Malaysian public holidays.

For the major public holidays like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year or
Deepavali that are celebrated by the majority of our students,
MyEnglishExpert.com may choose to extend the holiday up to 1 week. This means
students will only miss 1 class & full monthly fees need to be paid
accordingly.
· MyEnglishExpert.com
will only observe the long school holidays at the end of the year (usually
December). During this period, monthly fees will be waived.
5) Regarding leave (tutor):

6) Regarding security:
· You are welcome &
allowed to share the URL – www.MyEnglishExpert.com & related
Facebook & Instagram Pages.
· However, students
& parents are prohibited from copying & sharing the hidden content of
MyEnglishExpert.com website (hidden pages are not meant to be shared with
others) or Google Classroom assignments for uses other than your own or except
where it is already in the public domain.
· You are further
prohibited from sharing video conference passwords, meeting IDs or conference
URL with anyone else. Breaches of security are viewed seriously & can
result in de-registration or other punitive measures.
7) MyEnglishExpert.com reserves the right to make
changes or amendments to these rules & policies whenever the need arises.
MyEnglishExpert.com will try its very best to share the change information in a
timely manner barring unforeseen circumstances.
